Strawberry 'n Stormy 

Add 1 oz of Strawberry Puree to a rock glass
Fill Glass with ice
Add 2 oz of Ginger Beer
Add Splash of Lime Juice
Slowly Pour 2 oz of Dark Rum on top of your glass,
(It should have a layered look to it!)
Garnish with an Umbrella and Lime Slice
Stir Before Sippin'!
