Seating Chart Pricing
Our process for seating charts begins with a surface. That surface can either be rented from the inventory of mirrors and other surfaces that we currently have or we can consult with you for sizing and the surface can be purchased by you and shipped to us.
The pricing for the vinyl lettering has a Design & Application Fee which begins at $150. This fee can go up depending on the number of names/tables and the complexity of the design needed for the surface.
There is then a charge of $2 per line for each table and name that will be applied to the surface.
We ask that you provide us with a list of all the tables and names in order in either a Word document of an Excel spreadsheet
3 weeks prior to the event
We will then send over a proof for you to approve and then we will begin to apply the names to the surface.
Last minute changes can be made up to the week before the event but
additional changes and revisions will incur an additional fee.
We do charge a fee for delivery and pickup if applicable.
This fee will be based on distance and the size of the surface that needs to be delivered,
The vinyl that is used is a removable. It can be taken off of the surface after the event is over. There is a small amount of residue that can be left from the vinyl but a product like "Goo-Gone" works great at taking care of that.
We are not responsible for any damage that may be caused by the vinyl lettering put onto a surface which is not our own.

Cost: $7.50 added to the Design Fee
